摘    要:目的观察动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)监测常规多次皮下胰岛素注射(MSⅡ)与胰岛素泵持续皮下胰岛素注射(CSⅡ)治疗老年2型糖尿病鼻饲患者的降糖效果及安全性。方法将67例老年糖尿病患者随机分为CSⅡ组(n=34)及MSⅡ组(n=33)。以CGMS观察治疗2w后血糖谱的变化,比较2种治疗方法在全天血糖曲线变化、控制血糖水平、低血糖发生率方面的差别。结果CSⅡ组血糖控制效果明显优于MSⅡ组(P0.05,P0.01),低血糖发生率也低于MSⅡ组(P0.01)。结论CSⅡ治疗使糖尿病鼻饲患者全天血糖曲线波动小,血糖控制更为平稳,可减少低血糖的发生。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the superiority of insulin pumps on the treatment of nasal feeding diabetes mellitus(DM) by continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS). Methods 67 elderly DM patients were divided into CSII and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection (MSII) groups randomly. CSII group had 34 cases which were given insulin pumps and MSII had 33 cases which were given MSII methods. The daily blood glucose profiles were observed after treatment for 2 w by CGMS. Results The therapeutic effect of blood controlling in CSII group was superiority to that in MSII group(P<0.05,P<0.01), and the incidence of hypoglycemia was lower than that in MSII group(P<0.01). Conclusions Insulin pumps shows less nocturnal hypoglycemia and more stable blood glucose profile with less excursion.
