| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑梗死患者血浆CD62p水平的变化和其在脑缺血损伤中的作用。方法：用流式细胞术检测150例脑梗死患者及30例正常对照血血浆CD62p含量变化。结果：发病后各组血浆CD62p含量显著升高，并且在脑梗死不同病程时的差异有显著意义，结论：CD62p参与了缺血性脑损伤的病理过程，可作为判断病情的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the levels of CD 62p in plasma of patients with cerebral infarction and its effect in cerebral ischemic damage. Methods:Platelet surface glycoprotein CD 62p in 150 patients with cerebral infarction and 30 nomal person were measured by flow cytometry.Results:The levels of CD 62p in plasma of patients with cerebral infarction were increased significantly.The differences were significant in acute and relief phases.Conclusion:CD 62p plays a role in the occurance and development of cerebral ischemic damage. |
