低强度激光照射后红细胞变形和电泳率变化与照射剂量关系的研究

摘    要:目的探讨低强度激光辐照下其照射剂量与红细胞变形指数(EI)、红细胞电泳率(EM)改善效应之间的关系。方法利用MR450型低功率He-Ne激光分别采取不同功率对离体红细胞进行照射,分别于不同时间点取血样检测EI和EM。结果在功率2mW时照射40 min后各时间点EI及60 min和80 min时EM与未照射血样比较有显著性升高(P<0.05);在功率为4 mW和6 mW时,照射20 min后各时间点EI及照射40 min、60 min和80 min时EM与未照射血样比较都有显著性升高(P<0.05);而在功率为8 mW时,照射20 min、40 min、60 min时EI和EM与未照射血样比较有显著性升高(P<0.05)。从能量密度看,照射剂量为0.30 J.cm-2时,对改善红细胞变形性和红细胞电泳率效果最为明显。结论低强度激光照射与红细胞变形性、电泳率调节具有明显的剂量效应关系。

Abstract:Objective To explore the dosage effects of low power laser irradiation on erythrocyte deformability and electrophoretic mobility.Methods The anticoagulated blood of 2 ml was put into test tubes and irradiated by low-power He-Ne laser with different powers.The blood was taken out from the test tubes at different time points.Then,the deformation indexes and electrophoretic mobility of irradiated erythrocytes were measured rapidly.Results Compared with no irradiation blood,under 2 mW irradiation,erythrocytes' deformation indexes at the time-point after 40 min and electrophoretic mobility at 60 min and 80 min improved significantly(P<0.05);under 4 mW and 6 mW irradiation,erythrocytes' deformation indexes at the time-point after 20 min and electrophoretic mobility at 40 min,60 min and 80 min improved significantly(P<0.05);under 8 mW irradiation,erythrocytes' deformation indexes and electrophoretic mobility at 20 min,40 min and 60 min improved significantly(P<0.05).Analyze from the energy density,the best effects of irradiation on erythrocytes' rheological characteristics obtained was about 0.30 J·cm~(-2) irradiating dosage.Conclusion Low power laser irradiation has the dosage effects for deformability and electrophoretic mobility of erythrocytes.
