| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨免疫性流产口服耐受疗法的可行性。方法 :采用抗人滋养细胞单克隆抗体纯化滋养细胞抗原 ,通过口服该抗原诱导小鼠产生免疫耐受 ,利用 EL ISA法检测血清中抗滋养细胞 Ig G抗体水平。结果 :口服不同剂量滋养细胞特异性抗原 ,4次免疫后小鼠血清中抗滋养细胞 Ig G抗体水平均明显低于对照组小鼠血清中抗体水平 ,其差异具有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而且小鼠血清中抗滋养细胞 Ig G抗体水平随着抗原剂量的增加呈下降趋势 ;小鼠血清中抗滋养细胞Ig G抗体水平随着口服耐受诱导时间的增加而降低 ,但差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :口服纯化的滋养细胞抗原可特异性抑制血清中抗滋养细胞 Ig G抗体的产生 ,这种疗法可能是一种简单、有效、特异性预防或治疗免疫性流产的方法

| Abstract: | Objective:To study feasibility of oral tolerance therapy to immune abortion.Methods: With monoclonal antibodies against tropho last purified trophoblast antigens,the oral purified antigens induced immune tolerance in mice,and the level of IgG antibodies against trophoblast in serum was examined by ELISA.Results: Continual oral administration of purified trophoblast antigens can remarkably inhibit the production of antibodies to trophoblast antigens in serum.Conclusion: Oral purified trophoblast antigens may be a simple,effective and specific method for preventing and treating immune abortion. |
