| Abstract: | A case of cerebral cysticercosis is described in a 22-month-old infant from northern California who presented with a right-sided focal seizure. Unusual features were her young age; a single, enlarging, frontoparietal mass lesion; and apparent lack of history of exposure to an endemic area. |
