慢性盆腔炎中药灌肠护理体会

目的:总结中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的护理方法。方法:选择我院195例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组99例与对照组96例,对照组患者给予西药治疗的方法,观察组患者在此基础上,增加复方毛冬青化瘀合剂中药灌肠。结果:观察组患者治愈33例,有效52例,无效14例,总有效率为85.8%;两组患者有效率对比结果具有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:应用中药灌肠结合相应护理指导治疗慢性盆腔炎操作方便、疗效好、值得临床推广。

Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease nursing experience in traditional Chinese medicine enema

Objective：Conclusion the nursing methods of traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods：3 Choose our hospital 195 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 99 cases and control group, 96 cases of control group with western medicine treatment, the observation group of patients on this basis, the increase of compound hairy Holly blood mixture of traditional Chinese medicine enema. Results：Observation group of patients cured 33 cases, 52 cases, 14 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 85.8%; Two groups of patients with efficient comparison results have significant differences. Conclusion：Application of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with corresponding nursing instruction in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is easy to operate, good curative effect, worth clinical promotion.
