摘    要:目的:建立系统化、规范化、科学化的多重耐药菌防控无缝隙管理系统,降低多重耐药菌感染发生率。方法:针对多重耐药菌防控工作中的各个环节,建立多重耐药菌防控无缝隙管理系统,分别对重点人群监测、抗菌药物应用、信息传递、控制措施、行政监管等环节实施无缝隙管理,形成一个统一的联合体。结果:多重耐药菌防控无缝隙管理系统的应用,确保了各环节的落实与质量,降低了多重耐药菌感染的发生率,提升了医务人员对多重耐药菌防控的认知度。结论:多部门、全过程、全员参与的多重耐药菌防控无缝隙管理能提高我院多重耐药菌防控管理水平。

Abstract:Objective Establishing a systematic, standardized and scientific prevention and control of multidrug- resistant seamless management systems could reduce the incidence of multi - drug resistant infections. Method Aim at the operation of the prevention and control of multi -resistant bacteria in all aspects, a prevention and control of multidrugresistant seamless management system was estab- lished. It could Implement a seamless management for focus groups monitoring, antimicrobial application, information transmission, control measures, administrative supervision strictly , forming a unified ensemble. Results The application of prevention and control of multidnlg - resistant seamless management system ensured the quality of all aspects of the implementation and reduced the incidence of multi - dn~g - resistant infections,improved medical staff awareness of prevention and control of multi - resistant bacteria. Conclusion Tt, c multi - sec- toral ,entire and full participation in the prevention and control of muhidrug - resistant seamless management can improve the prevention and control of muhidrug - resistant management level in our hospital.
