舒利迭联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘106例临床探讨

目的：分析研究支气管哮喘采用舒利迭结合孟鲁司特钠治疗的临床治疗效果。方法抽取近年来在我院收治的患有支气管哮喘的病人106例，采取随机抽取模式，随机分为两组（实验组和对照组），每组各53例。对照组对病人采取单一舒利迭治疗，实验组在对照组治疗的基础之上加入孟鲁司特钠治疗，对两组病人经过临床治疗以后的疗效进行对比分析。结果实验组病临床治疗总体有效率为94.3%；对照组临床治疗总体有效率为73.5%，实验结果表明，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；实验组病人肺部功能和PEF明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；实验组和对照组病人满意率分别为92.4%、79.2%。结果表明，实验组病人满意度情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对支气管哮喘采用舒利迭结合孟鲁司特钠治疗，取得显著的临床治疗效果，不良反应少，具有安全有效性，使病人的健康生活质量得到保障，具有临床推广价值。

Study of 106 cases of seretide plus montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of bronchial asthma with Seretide combined with montelukast treat-ment. Methods Extraction in recent years in our hospital 106 cases of patients with bronchial asthma, take random pattern, were randomly divided into two groups （experimental group and control group）, each group had 53 cases. Control group of patients to take single Seretide treatment, experimental group were treated with montelukast therapy based on the treatment in the control group, the two groups of patients after curative treatment compared. Results The experimental group disease clinical treatment the overall effective rate was 94.3%; the control group clinical total effective rate was 73.5%, the experimental results show that, there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）; the experimental group patients with lung function and PEF were significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance （P〈0.05）; the experi-mental group patient satisfaction rate was 92.4%; the control group of patients satisfaction rate of 79.2%. The results showed that the experimental group, patient satifaction was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The bronchial asthma with Seretide combined with montelukast treatment, achieved clinically significant treatment effect, less adverse reaction, with safety and effectiveness, the health quality of life of the patients to obtain the safeguard, has clinical value.
