前列地尔联合替米沙坦治疗68例慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效观察

[摘翮目的探讨慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者行前列地尔联合替米沙坦治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2012年10月—2013年10月接收的慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者68例,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。给予对照组一般治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,施加前列地尔联合替米沙坦治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果对照组患者治疗总有效率为73．5％,观察组患者治疗总有效率为94．1％,且观察组患者生化指标情况优于对照组,两组患者的治疗总有效率、生化指标比较,存在显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者行前列地尔联合替米沙坦治疗的临床疗效显著,可以起到保护肾功能、改善临床症状的作用,值得推广。

The Clinical Curative effevt of alprostadil combined with telrmsartan in treating 68 cases of Chrorvic glomerulonephritis photeinaria

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of proteinuria in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis alprostadil combined telmisartan treatment.Methods Obstetrics and gynecology at our hospital in October 2012---October 2013 received proteinuria in chronic glomerulonephritis in 68 patients, divided into a control group and observation group, 34 cases in each group. General treat- ment given to the control group were observed in the control group based on the group applied alprostadil combined telmisartan treat- ment. Treatment groups were observed.Results Treatment of patients in the control group, the total effective rate was 73.5%, total effec- tive treatment of patients in the observation group was 94.1%, and biochemical parameters of patients in the observation group than the control group, two groups of patients treated total efficiency, comparative biochemical indicators, there are significant differences （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Clinical efficacy in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria line alprostadil combined telmisartan treat- ment significantly, can protect renal function, improvement of clinical symptoms, it is worth promoting.
