| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理人员层级管理在临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法实施护士长-主管护士-辅助护士-助理护士层级管理，护理排班方法采用三班制和固定夜班制，充分应用现有护理几力资源的潜力，使整体护理的各项程序得以落实。结果：保证了护理工作的连续性、系统性，构建和谐的护患关系，病房实施前后病人的满意度及健康教育水平得到提高，比较差异有统计学意义。结论：护理人员层级管理能充分利用现有的护理人力资源，可以提高护理质量，保证护理安全，达到最佳的护理管理目标。
