排毒保肝口服液对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用

目的]探讨排毒保肝口服液对酒精性肝损伤的小鼠肝组织甘油三酯(TG)和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量的影响.方法]取小鼠50只,随机分成5个组,即正常对照组、乙醇对照组及小、中、大剂量给药组,灌胃给予各给药组小鼠1.0、2.0、4.0 mL/kg排毒保肝口服液,连续30 d.末次给药1 h后,除对照组外均灌胃给予500 mL/L乙醇14 mL/kg,禁食12 h,测定小鼠肝组织中TG和GSH的含量.结果]各给药组小鼠肝组织中TG含量均低于乙醇组,GSH含量均明显高于乙醇组.结论]排毒保肝口服液对酒精性肝损伤具有保护作用.

Effects of the Paidubaogan oral liquid on TG and GSH in the lier of mice with ethanol liver injury

OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effects of the Paidubaogan oral liquid for triglyceride(TG) and reduced glutathione(GSH) in liver tissue of mice with ethanol liver injury.METHODS 50 mice were randomly divided into five groups,and the administrated groups were given alcohol at the same bulk as alcoholic group,then the mice were treated with ethanol sediments from the Paidubaogan oral liquid 1.05,2.10,4.20 mg/g BW,ig,respectively.After 30 days,the content of TG and GSH were detected.RESULTS Compared with alcoholic group,ethanol sediments from the Paidubaogan oral liquid remarkably debase TG content,remarkably elevated the hepatic GSH content.It was also found that at the different dose of BW,ethanol sediments from the Paidubaogan oral liquid could significantly reduce the content of hepatic TG content.CONCLUSION Ethanol sediments form the Paidubaogan oral liquid had protective effect on alcoholic hepatic injury.
