| Abstract: | This case report describes a patient with aseptic loosening of the femoral component of her total hip arthroplasty 33 years after the initial implantation. The patient was treated with a percutaneous cementation technique using Cortoss (Orthovita, Malvern, Pa) synthetic cortical bone void filler. |
