| 摘 要： | 对粒细胞集落刺激因子，粒－单细胞集落刺激因子体外在骨髓增生异常综合征患者骨髓造血祖细胞中的作用进行了研究。结果发现ＭＤＳ患者的粒－单系集落形成单位、红系集落形成单位数量明显低于正常人。

| Abstract: | s The role of granulocyte /monocyte colony stimulating factor (G/GM CSF)in vitro to hematopoietic stem cells of patients with mylodysplastic syndrome (MDS)was studied The study showed the number of colony forming units (CFU)of granulocyte monocyte and erythroid(E)of MDS patients is less than that of normal people and G/GM CSF can increase the number of CFU GM of MDS patients and it has positive relativity in certain conentration and can increase the number of CFU E only in high concentration The developing role of G/GM CSF to CFU GM of MDS is related with the CFU of themselves |
