| 摘 要： | 作者施行乐氏四联症矫正术１０５例，其中室缺修复以一圈垫片褥式缝合固定补片，单结右室流出道加宽６１例，跨瓣环加宽４４例。术后／左室压比值下降满意，无早期死亡，认为严的术前准备。畸形矫正完善，术后处理是当得成功的主要因素。
