| 摘 要： | 对１０８例接受先天性巨结肠根治术患儿进行回顾性随访，并就其术后近、远期并发症与术式的关系进行分析。结果：近期并发症１８例，远期并发症３３例；改良Ｓｗｅｎｓｏｎ术的术后并发症多于改良Ｄｕｈａｍｅｌ术后，差异有显著性（Ｐ〈０．０５）。可见本病的术式选择甚为重要。
