| 摘 要： | 报告１例终末期扩张型心肌患者施行同种异体原位心脏移植术，术后２个月１０天，恢复良好，植入的心脏功能正常，术后联合应用多种排异反应药物，效果较满意。对供受体选择，共心采取，心肌保护，手手方法，手术免疫监测，抗排异和防治进行讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper presents one case of orthotopic homologous heart transplantation for last stage dilated cardiomyopathy This patient has recovered very well and has lived normal for more then 2 months and 10 days It was shown normally that physiologic function of the transplanted heart Combined anti rejection therapy is preferable to a single medicine after transplantation The authors recommended some new ideas concerning the measures for selection of heart donator and acceptor,donor heart takedown and preservation,main surgical procedures,postoperative immunity monitoring,anti rejection and anti infection therapy |
