| 摘 要： | 对３４例经手术及病理证实的脑胶质瘤患者施行超选择性脉灌注ＴＩＬ／ＩＬ－２，检测治疗前后ＣＴＬ毒性及ＣＤ＾４＋，ＣＤ＾８＋，ＣＤ＾４＋／ＣＤ＾８＋结果均有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５），认为超选择性动脉灌注ＴＩＬ／ＩＬ－２能够使特异性ＣＴＬ毒性及Ｔ４，Ｔ８活性明显增强，可作为脑胶质瘤术后重要的辅助治疗手段。
