摘    要:目的比较健康人优势和非优势前臂的骨面积(Area)、骨矿含量(BMC)和骨矿密度(BMD)。方法采用双能X线骨密度仪测量55例16~73岁(平均年龄52岁)健康志愿者双侧前臂(优势臂均为右臂)的Area、BMC和BMD。结果右前臂各部位Area、BMC显著高于左前臂(P<0.001和P<0.05),除桡骨远端1/3段EMD右前臂显著高于左前臂外(P<0.01),其余部位BMD左右侧无差别。结论优势臂的Area和BMC均高于非优势臂,而BMD两者差别不大。

Abstract:Objective To compare bone area(Area), bone mineral content(BMC)and density(BMD) between dominant and nondonminant forearm in normal subjects. Method Area, BMC and BMD were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA)in both forearms in 55 normal volunteers (all of whom were right handed), 16 to 73 years of age (mean age 52 years). Result Area and BMC of the right forearmwere significantly higher than those of the left forearm at all measurement sites P < 0. 001 and P < 0. 05, respeCtively ). Except that BMD at distal one third radius in the right forearm was significantly higher than that of the corresponding site in the left forearm (P < 0. 01 ), no significant left/right differences were observed between forearms. Conclusion Area and BMC of the dominant forearm are significantly higher than the nondominant forearm. There is strong agreement between the two forearms in BMD.
