带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折的效果

①目的 观察应用带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折的效果。②方法 1998年10月～2000年2月，我科采用带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折共20例，均选用Orthofix公司生产的带锁髓内钉，采用顺行闭合穿针14例，开放穿针6例，近远端均应用导向器一次穿针成功。③结果 所有病人术后第1天即可用CPM机行功能锻炼。术后随访7～20个月，平均12个月，病人骨折均愈合，平均愈合时间6个月。患肢功能优良率为95％。④结论 带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折可以获得满意的效果。

THE TREATMENT OF FRACTURES OF TIBIAL SHAFT WITH INTRAMEDULLARY INTERLOCKING NAIL

Objective\ To evaluate the efficacy of intramedullary interlocking nail in the treatment of tibial shaft fractures.\ Methods\ From October 1998 to February 2000, 20 cases of tibia shaft fracture were treated with intramedullary interlocking nail. All the nails used were made by Orthofix. A descending percutaneous approach was done for 14 cases and open approach for 6 cases. The approaches succeeded in single attempt in all cases.\ Results\ All the patients could do functional activities on the first day after operation. The follow up ranged from 7-20 months with an average of 12 months. All the fractures healed up well. The average fracture healing time was 6 months. The functions of the affected sides were excellent, accounting for 95%. Conclusion \ The treatment of tibial shaft fracture using intramedullary interlocking nail appears to be an effective method.
