腹腔镜无张力疝修补术治疗经腹会阴直肠癌根治术后盆底腹膜疝

目的:探讨腹腔镜无张力疝修补术治疗经腹会阴直肠癌根治术后盆底腹膜疝的可行性。方法:回顾分析我们使用Composix Kugel补片(自膨胀式双面复合补片)在完全腹腔镜下修补经腹会阴直肠癌根治术后盆底腹膜疝1例的资料。结果:手术顺利,患者恢复良好,无并发症发生,术后8d出院,随访5个月未复发,未出现会阴坠胀感觉。结论:在完全腹腔镜下使用Composix Kugel补片治疗经腹会阴直肠癌根治术后盆底腹膜疝是一种安全有效的方法,结合应用钉枪缝固系统,更能简化手术操作,治疗效果良好。

Laparoscopic tension-free herniorrhaphy in the treatment of pelvic-peritoneal hernia after Miles operation for rectal carcinoma

Objective:To explore the feasibility about laparoscopic herniorrhaphy for pelvic-peritoneal hernia(PPH)after Miles operation for rectal carcinoma.Methods:The data of p patient with PPH after Miles operation repaired by laparoscopy with BARD Composix Kugel patch(self-expanded double surface compound patch)in March 2006 was analyzed.Results:The operation was successful and the patient recovered quickly.No obvious complication was observed after operation.The postoperative hospital stay was 8 days.No recurrence occured during a follow-up period of 5 months.Conclusions:The method mentioned above is technically simple,safe and effective.
