| 摘 要： | 目的调查部队汉族官兵Rh血型抗原分布,提高军队医院临床输血水平。方法采用血型群体遗传学研究方法,选择参加无偿献血汉族官兵427名,进行Rh血型表现型及基因频率检测研究。结果(1)表现型频率顺序为CCDee>ccDE>CcDE>ccDee>CCDE>CcDee>ccdee;(2)基因频率为D>d,C>c,e>E;(3)组合体频率以CDe(R1)0.6178为最高。结论部队汉族官兵Rh血型抗原分布研究,对提高军队医院临床输血水平及建立完善战备血液采供体系,具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate int o the distribution of Rh blood type antigens of Han servicemen so as to improve th e ability to clinical transfusion of military hospital. Methods Using genetic assay of mass blood type, Rh blood phenot ype and genetic frequency were investigated among 427 Han servicemen who took pa rt in voluntary blood donation. Results The frequency sequence of phenotype was CCDee>ccDE>CcDE >ccDee>CCDE>CcDee>ccdee. The frequency sequences of genes were D>d, C>c and e>E. The highest combinative frequency of Rh blood type was that of Cde. Conclusion To investigate the Rh blood type antigens' distribut ion takes an important role in the improvement of the clinical transfusion of th e military hospital and in the collection and the supply of blood for combat rea diness. |
