| 摘 要： | 目的:检测国产加拿大一枝黄花中的总黄酮含量,为深入研究其药用价值提供参考。方法:以芦丁为对照,用比色法测定。结果:一枝黄花中总黄酮含量高达11．00％,平均回收率为99．74％,RSD为3．57％。结论:以比色法测定加拿大一枝黄花简便易行,结果准确,重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the content of total flavonoids in Solidago canadensis L. from China.Methods:Chromometry was used for the determination and rutin was used as the refence substance.Results:The average content of total flavone in Solidago canadensis L. is 11.00 %,with an average recovery of 99.74% and relative standard deviation of 3.57%. Conclusion: The method is accurate with a good reproductivity?and easy to operate. |
