| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用微型外固定支架治疗掌、指骨骨折的方法。方法本组75例98处掌指骨骨折,采用手法复位或切开复位,微型单侧多功能外固定支架或自制微型外固定支架固定。术后第2天开始进行功能锻炼。结果本组骨折全部愈合,随访3-12月,无骨折再移位、畸形愈合、固定松动及针道感染等并发症发生,关节功能恢复良好。结论微型外固定支架器具小,重量轻,操作简单,稳定性好,适用范围广,尤其是粉碎性骨折或伴有骨缺损者,为一种有效的外固定治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the method of treatment for metacarpophalangeal fractures with minor external fixation.Methods There were 75 cases with 98 places of metacarpophalangeal fractures.They were treated with minor external fixation after closed reduction or open reduction.Results It was discovered that all the metacarpophalangeal fractures had been cured without infection of bone,or anchylosis through the follow-up of 3-12 months.Conclusion It is an effective way to cure metacarpophalangeal fracture with minor external fixation which the features of feathery weight,minor form,simple operation and so on,especially for the comminuted fracture and the bone coloboma. |
