藻酸双脂钠佐治脑梗死40例疗效观察

目的:观察藻酸双脂钠辅助治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效.方法:脑梗死患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组予低分子右旋糖酐治疗为主,分别配用脱水剂、血管扩张药及神经细胞营养剂.治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,予生理盐水250m1,加藻酸双脂钠针100mg,每日静脉滴注1次,14天为1个疗程,观察治疗前后两组临床疗效、血脂、血液流变指标变化.结果:治疗组治疗后基本治愈率优于对照组,P<0.01;血脂降低平均值大于对照组,P<0.01;血液流变全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原均较对照组有明显下降,P<0.01.结论:藻酸双脂钠辅助治疗能明显提高脑梗死患者的治愈率,有效提高脑梗死患者的综合治疗效果.

Curative Efi''''ect Observation on Polysaccharide Sulphate Assistant Treatment of 40 Cases of Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of polysaccharide sulphate on assistant treating on cerebral infarction.Methods: 80 cases of cerebral infarction were divided into treatmentgroup (40 cases) and contrast group (40 cases). The contrast group was treated by Dextran-40 mainly, dehydrant, vein expanding drug and nerve cell nutrition decoction additionally. The treatment group was treated by 250ml of physiological saline and 100mg of polysaccharide sulphate ad ditionally, with mainline one time each day. The period of treatment is 14 days. The clinical curative effect and the change of blood lipid and hemorheology were observed. Results: The curing ratios in treatment group is higher than that of control group (P<0.01). The mean value of lipid decreasing is greater than that of control group (P<0.01). And the whole blood viscosity, plasmatic viscosity, fibrinogen and platelet in the treatment group were reduced much significantly than those in the contrast group (P<0.01).Conelusion:Assistant treatment with polysaccharide sulphate can markedly improve the curing ratio of cerebral infarction, reduce the lipid, adjust some index of hemorheology and then improve the curative effect of cerebral infarction.
