超激光等综合治疗中重度慢性盆腔炎

目的 观察在常规妇科药物治疗基础上采用超激光局部照射加星状神经节照射治疗中、重度慢性盆腔炎的效果.方法 62例中、重度慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为2组,超激光联合照射治疗组(观察组):采用超激光下腹部局部照射加星状神经节照射治疗;超激光局部照射治疗组(对照组):采用超激光下腹部局部照射,2组患者均接受妇科中、重度慢性盆腔炎常规药物治疗及全日康电脑脉冲按摩治疗.结果 观察组和对照组痊愈率分别为58%和39%,两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 在常规妇科药物治疗基础上采用超激光局部照射加星状神经节照射治疗中、重度慢性盆腔炎效果优于单纯下腹部局部照射,是一种短程、高效的好方法.

Clinical study on the treatment of moderate and severe chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases with combined therapy of superlizer

Objective To study the effect of combined super lizer irradiation on the diseased and stellate ganglion in additioo to ordinary drug therapy for chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods sixty-two patients with moderate and severe chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases were randomly divided into 2 groups.In the combined super lizer irradiation group(treatment group),super lizer irradiation on the diseased region and stellate ganglion was performed.control group,only super lizer irradiation on diseased region was performed.All patients received ordinary drug therapy for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Results The cured rate was 58% in the treatment group,and was 39% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment group shows better cured rate in moderate and severe chronic pelvicin inflammatory disease.Combined therapy of super lizer and is an effeclive method for the freatment of moderate and severe chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases.
