通肠排气汤内服结合胃管灌注治疗肠梗阻68例临床观察

目的：研究通肠排气汤内服结合胃管灌注来诊治肠梗阻的效果。方法：选取本院2005年1月～2009年6月诊治的136例患者,并随机分成治疗组与对照组,其中对照组68例只使用胃肠减压、抗感染等常规西医方式来进行诊治。而治疗组中的68例患者则在对照组诊治基础上服用通肠排气汤结合胃管灌注等方式来治疗。结果：治疗组,共治愈患者60例,出现好转情况的为4例,总治愈率达94.12%,而对照组为68例,治愈患者35例,好转18例,总治愈率为77.94%,治疗组诊治效果明显优于对照组,P〈0.05。并且治疗组在24 h肠梗阻缓解时间上明显比对照组有优势,P〈0.05。结论：通肠排气汤内服并且结合肠管灌注的方式来治疗肠梗阻效果好,并具有无创伤与痛苦小等基本特点,值得临床推广。

Tom orally and through the exhaust tube of intestinal reperfusion therapy clinical observation of 68 cases of intestinal obstruction

Objective： To study the pass intestinal perfusion tube exhaust soup oral administration to the effect of diagnosis and treatment of intestinal obstruction.Methods： In our hospital in January 2005 to June 2009 diagnosis and treatment of 136 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,68 patients in control group only decompression,antibiotics and other conventional Western medicine approach to diagnosis and treatment.The treatment group,68 patients in the control group taking pass on the basis of diagnosis and treatment of intestinal gastric tube perfusion exhaust decoction way to treatment.Results： The treatment group,60 patients were cured,a turnaround situation for the 4 cases,the total cure rate was 94.12%,while the control group of 68 patients,35 patients cured,improved in 18 cases,77.94% of the total cure,the treatment group treatment better than the control group,P0.05.24 h intestinal obstruction in the treatment group and remission time was an advantage compared to the control group,P0.05.Conclusion： Oral soup bowels,and with the exhaust the way to treat intestinal perfusion effect of intestinal obstruction,and with other non-invasive and less painful basic features and is worthy of promotion.
