| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨健康教育对高血压患者在自我管理中的作用。方法：在社区范围内抽取198例高血压患者，分为两组分别进行普通的社区慢性病管理和有针对性的健康教育和自我管理辅导，半年后随访对其健康状况进行比较分析。结果：在干预组高血压患者中开展有针对性的健康教育与自我管理辅导6个月后，不论是平均血压（〈140／90），还是血压控制率均较对照组有明显改善，干预组与对照组患者在干预后对原发性高血压疾病知识、服药知识、血压监测、适当锻炼、合理饮食5项指标均显著改善（P〈0．05）。结论：有针对性地进行健康教育和个性化的自我管理对高血压患者的自我管理存在明显的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore health education effects on ypertensive patients in the role of self-governing. Method： Sample 198 high blood presure sufferers within the range of community, divided into 2 groups to carry on an ordinary community chronic disease supervision and healthy education, half years later compare healthy condition progres. Results： Af ter 6 months, control group average blood pressure improved a lot （〈140/90）, two groups pressure disease, takes medicine knowledge, blood pressure monitor, toughens appropriately, reasonable food improvement （P〈0.05） Conclusion： Existence ego supervision of progress health education supervision to high blood pressure sufferer apparent effect. |
