糖尿病肾病患者血清总胆红素水平与超氧化物歧化酶活性相关性研究

目的：探讨血清总胆红素水平与超氧化物歧化酶活性在糖尿病肾病中的临床价值。方法：根据尿微量清蛋白排泄率将87例糖尿病肾病患者分为临床清蛋白尿组、微量清蛋白尿组、正常清蛋白尿组,并取76例健康体检者,分别测定血清总胆红素水平、超氧化物歧化酶活性。结果：两者在实验组、正常对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,且两者与尿微量清蛋白排泄率呈负相关（r=-0.520,P〈0.01;r=-0.507,P〈0.01）,两者之间呈正相关（r=0.409,P〈0.01）。结论：糖尿病肾病患者血清总胆红素水平与超氧化物歧化酶活性均较正常水平低,证实低胆红素水平与氧化应激参与糖尿病肾病发生,并提示二者存在一定联系。

The correlation study between serum total bilirubin and superoxide dismutase in diabetes nephrosis patients

Objective： To explore the clinical value of serum toal bilirubin（tbil） and superoxide dismutase（sod） in diabetic nephropathy.Methods： According to the urine trace albumin excretion rate（uaer）,87 cases of diabetic nephrosis patients were divided into clinical albuminuria group,microalbuminuria group and normal albuminuria group.76 cases of the physical examination were also measured the serum total bilirubin and superoxide dismutase（sod）.Results： The results betwee experimental group and normal control showed a highly significant decline（P0.01）.Both of them showed negetive correlation（r=-0.520,P0.01;r =-0.507,P0.01） with the urine trace albumin excretion rates.And it showed positive correlation between them（r=0.409,P0.01）.Conclusion： The serum total bilirubin and superoxide dismutase（sod） in the diabetes nephrosis patient are lower than the normal cases.It confirmed low bilirubin and oxidatie stress both participated in diabetic nephropathy,and it also suggested there is certain contact between them.
