| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声在胎儿神经系统发育异常诊断中的应用。方法：利用飞利浦-非凡和ALOKA-SSD4000SV彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对5 870例妊娠18～40周的胎儿进行超声检查。结果：5 870例胎儿中发现神经系统异常53例,经引产或产后随访证实。结论：超声在诊断胎儿神经系统发育异常中具有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities in the nervous system application.Methods： Philips-an extraordinary and ALOKA-SSD4000SV color Doppler ultrasonography of the 5 870 cases from 18 to 40 weeks of pregnancy the fetus by ultrasound.Results： 5 870 cases of neurological abnormalities found in 53 cases,confirmed by the induction of labor or postpartum follow-up.Conclusion： Ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities in the nervous system has important clinical value. |
