胱抑素C与糖尿病肾病的相关性研究

目的：探讨胱抑素C与糖尿病肾病的相关性。方法：选取2008年1月～2010年12月于本院进行治疗的93例糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其根据蛋白尿情况分为A组（正常蛋白尿组）31例、B组（微量蛋白尿组）31例和C组（临床蛋白尿组）31例,选取同期的31名健康人为D组（对照组）,后将4组人员的血清胱抑素C、尿微量清蛋白排泄率、尿微量清蛋白及尿微球蛋进行检测及比较。结果：A组血清胱抑素C、尿微量清蛋白排泄率均与B、C及D组比较差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）,A组尿微量清蛋白及尿微球蛋与D组差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）。结论：胱抑素C与糖尿病肾病的严重程度呈现正相关,并可以早期诊断糖尿病肾损害。

The study on the correction between cystatin C and diabetic nephropathy

Objective：To study the correction between cystatin C and diabetic nephropathy. Methods：90 patients with diabetes in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 were selected as research object, and they were divided into group A （normal urine protein group） 31 cases, group B （microalbuminuria group） 31 cases and group C （renal albuminuria group） 31 cases, 31 healthy peoples were selected as group D （control group）, then the cystatin C, mALB, UAER and β2-MG of four groups were detected and compared. Results：The cystatin C, mALB of group A had significant differences to those of group B, group C and group D （all P0.05）, the UAER and β2-MG of group A had no significant differences to group D （all P0.05）. Conclusion：It shows positive correlation between cystatin C and diabetic nephropathy, and it can early diagnose renal damage in diabetic nephropathy.
