聚丙烯网状平片无张力修补术25例疗效观察

目的：探讨无张力疝修补术治疗股疝的方法和疗效。方法：使用聚丙烯补片治疗股疝患者25例,手术重点修补股环上方腹壁缺损区,评估术后恢复与术后并发症情况。结果：所有患者平均手术时间为35min,未使用镇痛药,术后无并发症发生,均在术后1周痊愈出院,随诊效果良好,无复发病例。结论：聚丙烯网状平片腹膜前股疝无张力修补术是治疗股疝的合理术式,临床效果确切,术后并发症少。

Efficacy observation of polypropylene plain film tension-free hernia repair for femoral hernia mesh 25 cases

Objective：To explore the method and efficacy of tension-free hernia repair for femoral hernia. Methods：Used polypropylene patch treated 25 cases of preperitoneal femoral hernia. The abdominal wall defect was repaired, assessed the postoperative recovery and postoperative complications. Results：The average operative time was 35 minutes, analgesic drugs were not used. There were no complications occurred, 25 cases were all discharged after 1 week, followed up good results, no recurrence. Conclusion：Plain film of polypropylene mesh before the peritoneum tension-free repair femoral hernia is a reasonable surgical, the exact clinical effects, fewer postoperative complications.
