| 摘 要： | 目的；探讨尼莫通（０．０２％尼莫地平溶液）治疗外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血的作用。以及最佳用药时间。方法：甲组不用尼莫通；乙组２４ｈ内用尼莫通；丙组７２ｈ后用尼莫通。观察产，并进行疗效分析。结果：早期应用尼莫通比晚期以及不用尼莫通对部分脑功能疗铲差异有显著性；ＣＴ扫描显示早期应用尼莫爱者与不用者脑水肿坏死病灶比较差异有显著性；７２ｈ后用尼莫通者与不用尼莫通者比较差异无显著性。结论：尼莫通对外伤性蛛网膜下腔

| Abstract: | ?Objective:To explore the effects of Nimotop in treatment of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage and the best time of administration.Methods:Sixty nine patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage were divided into 3 groups at random:Group A were treated without Nimotop,Group B with Nimotop within 24 h after injury and Group C with Nimotop 72 h after injury.The effects were observed and analysed.Results:Restoration of brain function in Group B was significantly different from that in Group A and C( P <0.05).The degree of brain edema and necrosis seen in CT scanning of Group B was significantly different from that of Group A and C( P <0.01).Group C should no significant difference from Group A( P >0.05).Conclusions:Nimotop has a significant effect in restoration of brain function in the traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage.The earlier the administration of Nimotop,the better the effect will be.CT scanning is not a main parameter for the restoration of brain function. |
