黄芩茎叶总黄酮保肝作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究黄芩茎叶总黄酮(SSTF)对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用.方法小鼠灌胃给药,用四氯化碳(CCl4)和乙醇制备肝损伤模型,用比色法检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性、肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性.结果SSTF(50、1 00、200 mg/kg)可明显降低损伤小鼠血清ALT活性和肝脏MDA含量,提高肝脏SOD活性.结论SSTF对小鼠急性肝损伤有一定的保护作用,其机理可能与SSTF的抗脂质过氧化作用有关.

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of SSTF actue hepatic injury by carbon tetrachloride and ethanol in mice. Methods We used model of carbon tetrachloride and ethanol to mice, SSTF was administrated ig to the mice. Colorimetric method was used to measure the activities of alanine transaminase (ALT) in serum, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and activities of superoxide dismutuse (SOD) in liver homogenate. Result SSTF significantly reduced ALT activities in serum, the activities of SOD in the treatment group were higher and the content of MDA in the treatment group were lower than model group in liver. Conclusion SSTF has protective effects on mice acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride and ethanol. The protective action of SSTF were related to anti-lipid peroxidation effect of SSTF.
