水罗伞提取物的抗衰老作用及急性毒性研究

摘    要:目的]对水罗伞的多种提取物进行抗衰老及急性毒性实验研究。方法]采用D—半乳糖亚急性衰老模型小鼠以灌胃给药途径进行初步实验研究,并进行小鼠急性毒性试验。结果]对D—半乳糖亚急性衰老模型小鼠,水罗伞醇提取物及其氯仿萃取物、水煎物均可使脑组织的MDA和MAO含量降低,氯仿萃取物和水煎物可使脑组织的SOD活力增高;醇提取物在小剂量时可使胸腺重量指数降低,水煎物在小剂量时可使脾重量指数降低。采用小鼠灌胃途径给药,水罗伞水煎物最大给药量相当于药材14.286g/kg,醇提取物的LD50为药材94.548g/kg,醇提取物的氯仿萃取物的LD50为药材224.6g/kg。结论]水罗伞有抗衰老作用,并对老年免疫功能可能有一定的影响,其抗衰老作用以水煎物更为突出。

Abstract:s of Fordia Caulifora Hemsl. The senile mice patterns were made by stomach perfusion of D galactose, and the tests on acuity, toxicity and antisenility were performed.The abstracted alcohol, chloroform and decocted substances of Fordia Caulifora Hemsl could reduce the content of MDA and MAO of the brain tissues. The abstracted chloroform and the decocted substances of Fordia Caulifora Hemsl could improve the activity of SOD of the brain tissues. The abstracted alcohol with small dosage could reduce the index of thymus gland weight, and the decocted substances with small dosage cold reduce the index of spleen weight. For stomach perfusion, the maximum ratio ofthe dosage of decocted substances to the raw material should be 14.286g/kg, LD50 of the abstracted alcohol should be 94.548/kg, and LD50 of the abstracted chloroform be 224.6g/kg. Conclusion]Fordia Caulifora Hemsl could produce the effect of antisenility, improve the immunity of the senile, and the decocted substances of Fordia Caulifora Hemsl prevailed in the effect of antisenility.
