| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究局部应用碱性成纤维生长因子 (basic fibroblast growth factor,b F GF)治疗复发性口腔溃疡 (RAU)的近期疗效。方法 :80例 RAU患者随机分两组 ,试验组溃疡面局部应用 b FGF ,对照组多贝尔氏液含漱 ,记录溃疡面愈合时间和疼痛缓解情况 ,进行统计学分析。结果 :b FGF有促进溃疡面愈合 ,缓解疼痛的作用。结论 :b FGF对 RA U溃疡面的愈合有应用价值

| Abstract: | Objective: It is to study the short term effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on reurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU). Methods:Eighty patients with RAU were randomly divided into two groups. The test group was treated with bFGF and the control group was treated with Donell's collutory to rinse their mouths. The two groups' concrescence times of ulcer surfaces and the effects of pain control were recorded. The results were analyzed statistically. Results:bFGF could promote the concrescence of ulcer surfaces and allay pain. Conclusion:bFGF has a use value on the concrescence of ulcer surfaces of RAU. |
