美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗52例糖尿病足疗效观察

目的观察美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法将2004年1月～2010年1月在我院内分泌科住院治疗的52例糖尿病足患者随机分为常规组和美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗组各26例,两组均接受相同的全身和局部治疗。美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗组还局部用美宝湿润烧伤膏湿敷。收集溃疡愈合好转率及时间进行对照研究。结果美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗组与常规组治愈率分别为92.30%和88.46%,其差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;平均愈合时间分别为（23±2.4）d和（47±2.9）d,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论美宝湿润烧伤膏湿敷能明显缩短糖尿病足的治疗时间,但对提高治愈率疗效不显著。

Observation on the effect of MEBO in patient on treatment of diabetic foot

Objective To observe on the therapeutic efficacy of MEBO in patient on treatment of diabetic foot（DF）.Methods From January 2004 to January 2010,52 patients with diabeic foot were admitted to the department of endocrinology.These patients were randomly entered into 2 groups,26 patients in each group.Each patient was treated with whole and local,and MEBO treated group also used MEBO locally twice everyday.The standard of curative effect was defined as reduction of uncle area and relief of symptoms.The variation of ulcer area and clinical symptoms between two groups were compared according to the standard.Results Comparing the clinical curative effects of two groups,the effective rate of the group treated with MEBO was 92.30%,the effective rate of the group treated without MEBO was 88.46%.No statistically significant difference was observed between the MEBO group and the control group（P0.05）.The average time of curative of the MEBO group was significant short than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of MEOB in the the treatment of diabetic foot was no difference in the effective rate but can shorten the time of cure significantly.
