老年肺功能不全患者术后监护治疗32例临床分析

目的:总结术前肺功能不全老年患者胸部手术后的监护治疗。方法:回顾性分析术前肺功能不全的老年患者经充分准备及评估后行胸部手术治疗,且术后均在ICU监护治疗32例的临床资料。结果:肺大疱结扎、肺裂伤修补18例,肺囊肿切除术6例,肺楔形切除术8例。术后在ICU监护病房经气道护理、加强支持治疗、消炎、并发症的预防,全组病人均能顺利恢复。结论:经充分准备及术后得到合理、规范的监护,部分肺功能不全的老年患者能进行胸外科手术。

Analysis of Postoperative Monitoring Senile Respiratory Dysfunction

Objective: To summarize the postoperative treatment in ICU for elder patients received thoracic surgery with respiratory dysfunction. Methods: 32 patients with respiratory dysfunction undertook thoracic surgery after adequate preparation and full evaluation, and in ICU after operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 18 cases had ligation of pulmonary bullae or repair of pulmonary laceration, 6 cases had excision of pulmonary cyst,and 8 cases received wedge resection of lung. All the patient monitored in ICU and recovered in postoperative period well. Conclusion: Elder patients with respiratory insufficiency may have the potential to undertake a thoracic surgery with adequate treatment before and after operation.
