摘    要:目的:观察归脾汤对抑郁模型大鼠血清T3(三碘甲腺原氨酸)、T4(四碘甲腺原氨酸)和海马形态学影响,初步探讨其防治抑郁症的可能机制。方法:40只W istar雌性大鼠分为对照组、模型组、盐水组、中药组。应用慢性不可预见性中等强度刺激复制抑郁症动物模型。Open-field法检测大鼠行为学得分,放免法测定血清中T3和T4含量,电镜观察海马形态学变化。结果:与对照组比较,模型组和盐水组大鼠的体重、行为学得分、血清T3和T4含量均有显著性差异,海马损伤明显,而中药组上述指标均无明显差异。结论:归脾汤的抗抑郁机制与其维持正常的T3、T4分泌及海马形态有关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of Guipi Decoction on depression model rat's serum 3,5,3'-triiodothyronine(T3),3,5,3',5'-tetraiodothronine(T4)morphology of hippocampal neurons and the mechanism is approached.Methods:40 common female Wistar rats were selected,which having the similar weight,behavior points were divided into the normal group,model group,saline group and Chinese medicine group.Except the normal group,rats in the other 3 group were established the depression model by received unpredictable stress stimulus.Behavior points were estimated with open field method.Serum T3 and T4 were detected with radioimmunoassay.The ultramicrostructure of hippocampal neurons with scanning electron microscope.Results:Compared with the normal group,the weight,Behavior points,Serum T3,T4 and morphology the model group changed obviously.But the index of the Chinese group did not change significantly compared with the normal group.Conclusion:Guipi Decoction possesses the anti-depression action,and its action mechnism is related with its maintaining the normal excretion of T3,T4 and protecting the hippocampal cells from chronic stress.
