硫酸镁治疗妊娠期顽固性肾绞痛疗效观察彳胜

目的评价硫酸镁在妊娠期顽固性肾绞痛中的应用。方法23例妊娠期顽固性结石性肾绞痛（黄体酮肌内注射无效）患者随机分成两组，治疗组静脉滴注硫酸镁，对照组静脉滴注山莨菪碱。观察组间止痛效果及复发率。结果止痛效果：治疗组（硫酸镁）总有效率为84．6％，对照组（山莨菪碱）为40．0％；复发率：前者16．7％，后者62．5％。组间比较止痛总有效率及复发率均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。3例肾绞痛频繁发作并重度肾积水者转行输尿管置管引流而缓解。结论相比山莨菪碱、黄体酮，静脉应用硫酸镁治疗妊娠期顽固性肾绞痛镇痛效果肯定、能有效安胎且无明显不良反应。

Therapeutic effect of magnesium sulfate injection in the treatment of refractory nephriticcolic during pregnancy

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of using magnesium sulfate injection in the treatment of refractory nephriticcolie due to ureterie calculi during pregnancy. Methods 23 cases of pregnant women complicated with refractory nephriticcolic due to ureteric calculi failed to respond to progesterone injection were randomly divided into 2 groups：observe group （magnesium sulfate injection used by transfusion）and control group （raceanisodamine used by transfusion）. The analgesic effect and recurrent rate of nephriticcolic were observed between 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of observe group and control group were 84. 6% and 40. 0% respectively. The recurrent rate of nephriccolic was 16.7% in observe group and 62.5% in control group. Via x2 test, there were significant differences between 2 groups statistically in both the total effective rate and the recurrent rate of nephriccolic （P 〈 0. 05 ）. 3 cases of frequent recurrent nephriticcolic with obstructive renal hydronephrosis were relieved by placing double-J-catheter. Conclusion In the treatment of refractory nephriticcolic due to ureteric calculi in pregnancy, magnesium sulfate injection possesses a better analgesic effect and less sideeffects than raceanisodamine injection and progesterone injection.
