石决明炮制工艺研究

摘    要:目的:研究石决明的炮制工艺。方法:采用正交设计、多指标综合评分优选石决明的煅制醋淬工艺,并对其煅制盐淬工艺进行研究。结果:高温煅制醋淬的最佳工艺为:石决明于900℃煅制1.5h,以1.2倍量醋淬制。石决明煅制醋淬品的质量显著优于生品、煅制盐淬品及煅制品。结论:石决明的煅制醋淬工艺科学、可行;应采用多指标综合制定石决明的炮制标准。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To optimize the processing technology for Concha Haliotidis. METHODS: The calcining and vinegar - quenching processing technology for Concha Haliotidis was optimized by orthogonal design using comprehensive score of many indexes; meanwhile the calcining and salt-quenching processing technology for Concha Haliotidis was studied. RESULTS: The optimum technical conditions of calcining and vinegar- quenching processing of Concha Haliotidis were as follows:calcining Concha Haliotidis at 900 ℃ for 1.5 hours, then quenching it in 1.2 times volume of vinegar. The quality of the calcined and vingar - quenched Concha Haliotidis was superior to its crude medicinal material, calcined and salt - quenched Concha Haliotidis or calcined Concha Haliotidis.CONCLUSION: The optimum technical conditions for the processing of Concha Haliotidis were scientific and feasible.Comprehensive score of many indexes should be adopted in establishing the standard for the processing Concha Haliotidis.
