| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期系统化康复护理对急性脑梗死伴抑郁患者抑郁症状和神经功能缺损的康复效果研究。方法将脑梗死63例随机分为两组,对照组31例采用常规护理方法,康复护理组32例除常规护理外,采用早期系统化康复护理方法。比较两组治疗前及出院后一个月康复情况。结果实验组出院后1个月汉密尔顿抑郁量表和神经功能缺损量表评分显著提高(P0.05)。结论早期系统化康复护理能显著改善急性脑梗死合并抑郁患者的心理状态和神经功能缺损。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of early systemic rehabilitative nursing for acute cerebral infarction patients with depression and neurological function impairment.
