非营养性吸吮与小剂量红霉素治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的疗效观察

目的探讨非营养性吸吮和小剂量红霉素对早产儿喂养不耐受的干预效果。方法选择2010年1月至2013年12月喂养不耐受早产儿90例,随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,各30例,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在早产儿常规治疗基础上分别给予非营养性吸吮和小剂量红霉素治疗。结果与Ⅰ组比较,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组早产儿喂养不耐受症状消退时间、恢复出生体质量时间、完全肠内营养时间、住院天数显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非营养性吸吮和红霉素对早产儿喂养不耐受均有治疗作用,二者疗效无差异。

The Clinical Effects of Non-nutritional Suck and Low-dose Erythromycin on Treatment of Feeding Intolerance in Premature Infants

Objective To study the clinical effects of non-nutritional suck and low-dose erythromycin on treatment of feeding intolerance in premature infants. Methods Choose from January 2010 to December 2013 feeding intolerance in preterm children 90 cases were randomly divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲgroup, all 30 cases,Ⅰ group was the control group, Ⅱ, Ⅲ conventional treatment group on the basis of the preterm children non-nutritive sucking were given low-dose erythromycin treatment. Results Compared with group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ group feeding intolerance in preterm children symptoms subside time, time to regain birth weight, full enteral nutrition time, significantly reduce the number of days of hospitalization, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, Ⅱ, Ⅲ group, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusions Non-nutritional suck and erythromycin can improve nutrition condition and promote early growth and development in premature infants. The effects of the two treatments are equivalent.
