腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科中的应用

目的评估腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科手术中的应用价值。方法从2001年8月～2004年2月，350例患者施行了腹腔镜下泌尿外科手术，其中。肾上腺手术45例，单纯。肾切除55例，根治性。肾切除25例，肾输尿管全切11例，肾部分切除3例，肾囊肿去顶术110例，多囊肾去顶减压术4例，输尿管切开取石术12例，UPJ成型术16例，腔静脉后输尿管成型术3例，精索静脉高位结扎术58例，盆腔淋巴结切除术8例。结果341例患者手术顺利完成；中转开放手术9例，其中肾上腺手术1例，肾切除4例，多囊肾去顶减压术1例，UPJ成型术3例。术后1～2d，肠道功能恢复；1～4d，可下床活动。术后住院时间3～15d，平均6d。结论腹腔镜技术应用于泌尿系手术，与开放手术相比，具有创伤小、康复快、安全、住院时间短等优点，对于有适应证的患者为首选的手术方法。

Application of Laparoscopic Surgery in Urology

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical application of laparoscopic surgery in urology.MethodsThree hundred and fifty patients for laparoscopic surgery were admitted to our department from August 2001 to February 2002. They included 45 cases of adrenal glands surgery, 55 simple nephrectomy, 25 radical nephrectomy, 11 nephroureterectomy, 3 partial nephrectomy,110 renal cyst decortication,4 polycystic kidney decortication, 12 (ureterolithotomy,) 16 pyeloplasty, 3 retrocaval ureteroplasty, 58 varicocele-varix ligation and 8 pelvic lymph node dissection. ResultsThree hundred and forty-one cases accomplished laparoscopic surgery. Nine couverted to open surgery, including 1 adrenal gland surgery, 4 nephrectomy, 1 polycystic kidney decortication and 3 pyeloplasty. Full diet was taken 1~2 d postoperation, and ambulatory activities were resumed 1~4 d postoperation. The hospital stay was 3~15 d, with an average of 6 d.ConclusionCompared with open surgery, laparoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive, safe and effective therapy and is the first choice of surgical techniques for suitable cases.
