50例舒利迭治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床分析

目的探讨舒利迭对COPDⅢ-Ⅳ级患者肺功能的疗效。方法将100例COPDⅢ-Ⅳ级患者随机分为试验组50例和对照组50例,两组患者在基础治疗相同的基础上,试验组吸入舒利迭,对照组吸人辅舒酮（丙酸氟替卡松）加万托林,疗程均为3个月。疗程结束后进行肺功能检查、疗效分析。结果两组患者在治疗前后肺通气功能指标FEV1／FVC均有改善,其中试验组COPD患者的肺通气功能较对照组改善更加显著;试验组的疗效（有效率94％）优于对照组（有效率74％）。比较均有统计学差异,P〈O．05。结论舒利迭可以改善稳定期COPD患者的肺功能,可作为稳定期COPD长期治疗的常规药物。

Clinical analysis curative effect of Seretide on 50 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate the curative effect of seretide on lung function of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） in Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree. Methods 100 diagnosed patients were randomly divided into experimental group including 50 cases and control group including 50 cases. Baseline treatments were similar in all patients. In the experimental group, seretide were additionally given to the patients for three months. In the control group,flixofide and albuterel aerosol were given to patients for three months a day. The treatment course was three months. Before and after the treatment, lung function and clinical effect of the two groups were exam- ined and compared respectively. Results Lung function （FEV1 , FVC, FEV1/FVCFEV1） of the two groups were all improved, and the improvement of the experiment group was much greater than that in the control group. The effective rate of the experimental group （94%）was higher than that of the control group（74% ）. There was significant different, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion. Seretide can improve lung function of the patients with COPD in stable stage, and it could be used as an ordinary medicine on the patients for a long time .
