| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨隆乳术后负压引流法对纤维包膜硬化的影响。方法:193例隆乳术者分为引流组90例和未引流组103例,引流组术后安置闭式负压引流,术后两组均常规应用抗生素并随访～年观察两组纤维硬化情况。48h14,结果:两组术后均无感染和血肿发生,引流组前每侧引流量平均,发生纤维包膜硬化例,而未引流组例,其差异显著24h14.6ml516(P。<0.05)结论:隆乳术后负压引流可以显著降低纤维包膜硬化发生率,是一种值得推广的好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of the negative drainage on the capsule sclerosis after augmentation mammoplasty. Methods: 193 cases of augmentation mammoplasty were divided into two groups: drainage group (90cases) and non-drainage group (103 cases) ,and the negative drainage was performed for the first 48h after operation in the former. The conditions of capsule sclerosis were observed for 1~4 year after augmentation mammoplasty. Results:No infection and hematoma occurred in both groups, and the average drainage volume was 14.6 ml in each breast for the first 24h in the drainage group and the capsule sclerosis decreased markedly after 1~4 year follow-up ( P<0.05). Conclusion: The negative drainage after augmentation mammoplasty is a helpful method which may decrease the capsule sclerosis. |
