骨肉瘤是儿童和青少年期最常见的原发骨恶性肿瘤,恶性程度高,侵袭性强,早期易发生肺转移,预后较差。Ezrin蛋白是ERM（Ezrin/Radixin/Moesin）家族的重要成员,是细胞骨架与细胞膜之间的连接蛋白,目前许多研究表明Ezrin蛋白与骨肉瘤的发生、转移和预后相关,现对Ezrin蛋白与骨肉瘤相关性研究进展综述如下
