针刺治疗术后胃瘫综合征疗效观察

目的 探讨术后胃瘫综合征（PGS）的针刺方法 。方法 按会诊顺序随机将21例PGS患者分为三组,A组8例采用针刺与电针相结合的方法 治疗,B组7例采用针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗,C组6例常规针刺治疗;观察三组治疗后胃液引流量、治疗次数及痊愈率。结果 三种治疗方法 均可显著减少胃液引流量,A组痊愈率为87.50%、平均治疗（7.13±2.30）次,B组痊愈率为71.43%、平均治疗（9.29±2.29）次,C组痊愈率66.67%、平均治疗（14.00±2.00）次,三组临床痊愈率差异无显著性,而三组治疗次数差异有非常显著性。结论 针刺是治疗PGS有效的方法 ,治疗次数少,治愈率高,奏效快。

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Treatment of Postsurgical Gastroparesis Syndrome

Objective： To optimize therapy of acupuncture for postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome（PGS）. Methods： Twenty-one cases of PGS were randomly divided into 3 groups in order of visiting. Group A（ n = 8） were treated by electroacupunctrue, group B（ n = 7） with acupuncture plus auricular point sticking, and group C（ n =6） with routine acupuncture. Changes of gastric drainage volume, therapeutic times and cured rate were investigated in the 3 groups. Results： All the 3 therapeutic methods could significantly decrease gastric drainage volume. The cured rate was 87.50% and the therapeutic times was （7. 13 ± 2.30） in group A, 71.43% and （9. 29 ± 2.29） times in group B, 66. 67% and （ 14.00 ± 2.00） times in the group C, with significant differences in the therapeutic times among the 3 groups and not in the cured rate. Conclusion： Acupuncture is the effective method for PGS, with less therapeutic times, high cured rate and rapid effect.
