对亲属肾供体实施术前护理干预的效果研究

目的:探讨术前护理干预对亲属肾供体焦虑心理的影响。方法:将50例亲属肾供体随机分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组按常规护理,观察组除给予常规护理外,还分别在术前1d、术晨入手术间至麻醉前进行护理干预。观察两组供体血压、心率和焦虑值的变化情况。结果:干预前两组供体的各项观察指标无显著性差异(P0.05),干预后观察组供体血压、心率、焦虑值低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:手术室护士术前对亲属肾供体实施护理干预,可减轻供体焦虑情绪,稳定血压、心率,对保证手术顺利及术后康复有重要意义。

Study on the effect of pre-operation nursing intervention on living related kidney donors

Objective：To explore the effect of pre-operation nursing intervention on related kidney donors’ anxious psychology.Methods：50 kidney donors were randomly divided into observation group （n=25） and control group （n=25）.At the day before the operation and before anaesthesia during in operating room,the observation group patients received nursing intervention and routine nursing,while the control group received only routine nursing. The blood pressure,heart rate,anxiety degree of patients were checked. Results：There were no difference between the two groups on the pre-intervention index （P0.05） howere,the heart rate,blood pressure,anxiety degree of post-intervention in observation group were significantly lower than in control group. Conclusion：Pre-operation nursing intervention performed by the nurses of operating room can relieve their anxiety emotion,stabilize the blood pressure and the heart rate of kidney donors. It plays a important role in successful operation and post-operative recovery.
