| 摘 要： | 目的观察通心络胶囊治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将166例不稳定性心绞痛患者，随机分为两组，试验组86例，对照组80例。对照组采用常规抗心绞痛药物治疗；试验组在采用常规抗心绞痛药物基础上加用通心络胶囊，共治疗3个月，观察两组疗效，比较有效率。结果两组临床疗效比较：试验组总有效率87．2％，其中显效40．7％（35例），有效46．5％（40例）；对照组总有效率73．8％，其中显效21．3％（17例），有效52．5％（42例）；试验组（通心络组）总有效率明显优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论通心络胶囊治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效肯定，具有临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of unstable angina. Methods 166 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into control group（routine treatment） and Trial group（routine treatment added with Tongxinluo capsule. Results Total effective rate of improving unstable angina in Tongxinluo cap- sule group and control group were 87.2% and 73.8% respectively. There was obviously difference in two groups（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule is effective in the treatment of unstable angina. |
