单纯翼状胬肉切除术与自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉疗效分析

目的：探讨单纯翼状胬肉切除术与自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法：对66例73眼翼状胬肉分组采用不同术式治疗，术后随访20到24月，平均22.4月，比较其复发率。其中，单纯翼状胬肉切除术组3l眼接受单纯胬肉切除；自体角膜缘干细胞移植术组42眼接受翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术。结果：术后复发率，单纯翼状胬肉切除术组为35．5％，自体角膜缘干细胞移植术组为4．7％，复发率两组比较差异有统计学意义（X2=11．5，P〈O．01）。结论：自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉效果好，复发率低。

Comparative study of autologous limbal autograft and conventional operation for pterygium

Objective：To compare the therapeutic effects of pterygium treated with autologous limbal autograft and conventional operation. Methods ：73 eyes of 66 patients were divided into two groups , including group A and group B. 31 eyes in group A and 42 eyes in group B were treated with conventional operation and autologous limbal autograft , respectively. The patients were followed up from 22 to 24 months. Result：The recurrence rate of pterygium in group A and group B were 35.5 % and 4.7 %, respectively. The difference between group A and group B was statistically significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：It is effective to treat perygium with autologous limbal autograft .
